The Bolton Agency underwent monumental changes in 2025, beginning with a brand-new partnership with ErectorBot, Inc. in late January.

This paradigm shift—moving away from the long-established and standardized retainer model, not only in our consulting business but across the industry as a whole—combined with the emergence of Artificial Intelligence, brought uncertainty but, more importantly, the opportunity to adapt.

Through a combination of circumstances—and, more critically, The Bolton Agency’s relentless commitment to core principles and an honest approach—we delivered measurable growth and elevated outcomes for ErectorBot, Inc.

In 2025, The Bolton Agency reached the momentum necessary to navigate present and future challenges, both micro and macro, with confidence. We are pleased to report that the agency not only shed limiting variables and weathered potential setbacks but also completely rebuilt and strengthened itself: first, by securing our future as an industrial marketing partner built to endure, and second, by achieving exponential growth and a solidified present-day valuation. All foundational elements are now firmly in place.

This renewed purpose has taken root in Large Format Additive Manufacturing, in partnership with ErectorBot, Inc. Over the past year, this has translated into web development kaizen, an influx of capital investments to optimize and validate a predictable lead generation system, and the establishment of a new management team. Together, we have made immense progress in refining ErectorBot, Inc. for continued momentum into 2026.

Reflecting on this journey, we are grateful to write this year-end review. It is remarkable to consider that, since starting the business in 2018 with just a laptop and a paid media marketing textbook purchased for $32, we have reached this stage of growth and resilience.
